To form a lasting good habit, remove the obstacles that would block you from starting the task each time. If you plan on flossing every night after brushing your teeth, keep the floss kit next to your toothbrush rather than closed away in a drawer. That one exrta step of having to open the drawer could be the only thing keeping you away from flossing every night…

Now apply this theory to every habit you want to form. I know I will.
